my buddy drove his ball into the backyard of this home.

It's very tight right there in that spot. I've hit my ball in his yard several times.
It's fairway, rough, cart path, then another 2 feet of rough, and then OB stakes at the property line.

My buddy gets out of his cart, walks up and down the OB line to see if he can see his ball anywhere. Owner is standing on his back porch staring him down, arms folded. Buddy spots his ball about 15 feet inside this guys yard. Owner notices him spot it and says "don't even think about it buddy". My buddy mutters "what an asshole" and gets back in the cart without his ball.

I laugh and walk into neighbors yard and grab the ball and drop it for him on other side of cartpath. Owner says he is going to call the cops. Told him to go ahead.

We finish the round without any issues.
